When you access to your API keys via your Braintree account, Braintree could show a page with an error message: “You do not have the proper authorization for this request”.
In this case, please follow the recommendations below in order to solve the problem.
CASE 1) Your Braintree account is already configured:
You can continue to accept payments via Braintree and no actions is required on your side. Contact Braintree Support on their website for more information: https://help.braintreepayments.com/
CASE 2) You would like to change your account configurations:
Unfortunately, If you have not stored your API keys somewhere on your side, you will no longer be able to use your current account API credentials, and we can’t provide them.
If you would like to continue using PrestaShop Braintree module, you will need to apply for a new Braintree Direct account by clicking the “Sign up” button at the bottom of Braintree homepage: https://www.braintreepayments.com/
Once you have been approved for the new account, you will be able to log in and retrieve your API keys. If you have any issues on the approval process by Braintree, please contact Braintree Support on their website: https://help.braintreepayments.com/
