An error message may be preventing you from synchronizing your orders on eBay.
What to do if eBay displays this message?
“The authentication token has expired, the user must generate a new token for this application. “
The problem is solved very often by generating a new token. You can do this via “Settings”> “1. General settings”
You can therefore generate the new token by clicking on the button “Generate a new authentication token”
If the problem is still not resolved, we recommend that you check the module logs via the “7. Advanced settings “>” Log “
If the logs have been activated previously (so the box is checked), you can download and analyze them to try to identify the problem.
If the log does not contain any useful elements, contact our help desk directly.
