Each PrestaShop product advertised on eBay is displayed in the tab [Prestashop Products]. This tab will also indicate why a synchronization from PrestaShop may not have resulted in a listing on the eBay marketplace.
The table will display each product attempting synchronization. It shows all information including the name, quantity in stock, the PrestaShop category, the associated eBay category, whether or not the sync was enabled, whether or not the products in this category were selected, the eBay listing link, and an explanation block.
If this column is set to “No,” the default category of this product has not been synchronized properly. In this case, go back to the tab [Synchronization] > “1. Product Synchronization,” and adjust the settings as needed. If that hasn’t changed the status of the product sync, Check that the items in this category are fully configured in the PrestaShop catalog.
If this column is set to “No”, the product category has not been either selected or properly configured in the tab [Settings] > “2. Categories and Pricing.” Here, make sure the product is selected under the “Choose products” button on the right of the module list. If the Product is not selected and not listed, the indicator will show in red text under the appropriate column. If the product is disabled in the PrestaShop catalog, the text will be shown in red as well.
“Help” will tell you if and why there is a misconfiguration with a potential listing.
