To connect a PrestaShop Shop with Zendesk, a merchant needs to activate Zendesk App and also install an addon on his PrestaShop eshop :

Set up Step by Step

  • Create a Zendesk account
  • Go to PrestaShop BackOffice
  • Set you zendesk domain

  • Set account information
  • Set the “Enable Zendesk web widget on your shop” & “Enable Prestashop app in Zendesk”
  • Save
  • Message “App update successful”

  • Go to Zendesk web application
  • Go to APPS>Manage

  • Click on the setting button of the PS app >Change setting

  • Set your store URL and leave the “Acess token” and “Order ID Field ID” blank (PrestaShop’s module will fill them)
  • Don’t forget to click on “Update” button and it’s done !
